General Booking Conditions – Nice Camps 2026

Please read these General Contracting Conditions (“Conditions”) carefully. They apply to any booking of stays or purchase of vouchers made through nicecamps.es for establishments operated under the Nice Camps brand.
To complete the purchase on the website, you must check the acceptance box and confirm that you have read and accept: these Conditions, the Legal Notice, the Website Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy, which form part of the contracting process and are available before confirming any booking or purchase.

1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS

On the one hand, Nice Camps, a commercial brand that manages accommodation reservations in the establishments operated under its brand:

Nice Camps acts as a booking center and online point of sale for the aforementioned establishments (hereinafter, Nice Camps or the Provider).

And on the other hand, the User or Customer, who makes the booking or purchases a voucher through the website and declares that they are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided.

By making a booking or purchase, the User declares that:

They have read, understand, and accept the content of these General Contracting Conditions.
They are of legal age and have full legal capacity to contract.
They assume all obligations arising from the contract.

These Conditions will be available at all times during the booking process and may be downloaded or printed for safekeeping.

For any questions related to these conditions, the User may contact Nice Camps at info@nicecamps.es.

These Conditions are valid indefinitely and shall apply to all contracts made through the aforementioned website.

Nice Camps may modify the General Conditions at any time in order to improve its services, without such modifications affecting bookings or vouchers contracted prior to the date of update. Therefore, before making a new booking, we recommend consulting the current version published on the website.

The civil liability of Nice Camps for the contracted services is limited to the amount thereof. The User waives any claim against Nice Camps for possible incidents arising from access to or use of the website, such as slowness, technical errors, or data loss.

Nice Camps offers direct booking of accommodations (bungalows, glamping, pitches, etc.) and the sale of vouchers with redeemable value for stays, in accordance with the rates and conditions in force published on the website at the time of contracting.

2. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. Scope of application

This contract aims to regulate the contractual relationship of booking or purchase of stay vouchers between the User and Nice Camps, which acts as the booking center for the campsites Nice Camps - Lloret de Mar and Nice Camps - L´Estartit.

Through the website www.nicecamps.es, the User may book accommodation or purchase a voucher redeemable for stays, according to the rates and conditions published at the time of contracting.

These General Contracting Conditions (GCC) apply from the moment the User accepts the conditions during the online booking process, by checking the corresponding box and completing the indicated payment or deposit.

The contract implies the provision of a tourist accommodation service by Nice Camps, in exchange for a determined price visible on the website when confirming the booking or voucher purchase.

2.2. Territory of application

The User may make bookings through the website from anywhere in the world, provided that the established conditions are met and payment can be made using the methods enabled on the platform.

2.3. Capacity to contract

Only persons of legal age with legal capacity to contract may make bookings.

Bookings made by minors without the express authorization of an adult shall not be valid and may be cancelled by Nice Camps without the right to compensation.

2.4. Customer acceptance

The validation of a booking or purchase is confirmed by email sent to the User, which implies prior acceptance of these General Conditions.

The GCC are always available on the website and may also be requested by email by writing to info@nicecamps.es.

2.5. Modification of the General Contracting Conditions

Nice Camps may modify or update these Conditions at any time in order to improve its services or adapt them to regulatory changes.

In all cases, bookings or vouchers already contracted shall be governed by the conditions in force on the date they were made.

The User is advised to periodically review the Conditions before making new bookings.

3. INFORMATION PROVIDED ON OUR WEBSITE

3.1. Publication of prices

The prices of accommodations published on the Nice Camps website (www.nicecamps.es) are those in force at the time the online booking is initiated.

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, except for the tourist tax, which is shown separately and may vary according to current regulations.

3.2. Accommodation and voucher information

The information shown on our website, brochures, promotional material, or communications constitutes an invitation to contract, but not a commitment or obligation until the booking is formally confirmed.

Nice Camps continuously updates the content of its website to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, and details of each accommodation and voucher.

The information is available in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German, and Dutch, and the contracting process may be carried out in the language chosen by the customer, provided it is indicated before starting the booking.

3.3. Availability of accommodations

The accommodations published on the website are those available for booking at that moment.

If a type of accommodation does not appear in the search, it means there is no availability for the selected dates or that the campsite is closed during that period.

3.4. Bookings during the opening period

Online bookings may be made, always within the sales opening dates of each campsite, which are indicated on their respective pages within the website.

Once the booking is completed, the customer will receive an initial automatic email with a summary of the process and, subsequently, a second confirmation email once Nice Camps has received and validated the corresponding payment.

3.5. Fraud and security

Nice Camps reserves the right to cancel any booking if it detects indications of fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the booking system or payment data, acting at all times for security reasons and customer protection.

4. BOOKING AND/OR PURCHASE PROCEDURE

To access the services offered by Nice Camps, the User may make a booking directly through the website www.nicecamps.es, without the need to create a personal account.

Only the essential data required to correctly process the booking or purchase will be requested.

In compliance with Article 27 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Nice Camps clearly and comprehensibly informs about each step of the process before the User initiates the contracting.

Accommodation booking

Once the desired accommodation has been selected, the booking process will follow these steps:

Selection of dates and occupants:
The User chooses the campsite (Nice Camps - Lloret de Mar or Nice Camps - L´Estartit), the dates of stay, and the number of people.
By clicking on “Consult”, the available accommodations for that period will be displayed.

Accommodation selection:
By clicking on “Select”, the accommodation will be added to the shopping cart and the booking process may begin.

Data review:
A summary with the booking details will be displayed: type of accommodation, dates, total amount, and payment method.

Personal data:
The necessary data to formalize the booking will be requested.
The data will be registered in the Nice Camps database and retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the legally required retention periods.
If expressly authorized by the User, they may be kept informed about future news or promotions.

Verification and acceptance:
Before finalizing, the User must check the accuracy of their data and mark the acceptance box for these General Conditions, the Camping Regulations, and the Legal Notice of the website.

Booking confirmation:
By clicking on “Make the booking”, the process will be completed.
It is important to check the “junk mail” or “spam” folder to ensure receipt of confirmation emails.

Confirmation and notifications

Once the process is completed, Nice Camps will send a confirmation email with all contractual information:

In the case of accommodation booking: type of accommodation, dates, amount, and payment conditions.
In the case of voucher purchase: voucher amount, conditions of use, validity period, and link to make the associated booking.

If the User detects errors in the data (name, dates, email, etc.), they must immediately inform info@nicecamps.es for correction.

If the User chooses other alternative means (postal mail, international call, etc.), they must assume the associated costs.

5. BOOKING/PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Confirmation email: upon completion of the booking or voucher purchase, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided by the User. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.

Stay booking payments (Nice Camps policy):
More than 7 days before arrival: 40% deposit upon booking and the remainder via payment link 7 days before (for stays from 1/7 to 31/8, 30 days before).
7 days or less before arrival: 100% at the time of booking.

You will receive email reminders before the pending payment due date.

Data errors: if you detect any error in your data or have not received the confirmation email, notify immediately at:

6. PRICES AND VALIDITY PERIODS OF OFFERS

Prices and taxes
All prices shown on nicecamps.es are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
The tourist tax is shown separately and may vary according to current regulations.

Invoice
For bookings and vouchers, the invoice is electronic by default.
If you wish, you may request a paper copy by writing to info@nicecamps.es and indicating your booking or purchase number.

Application of rates
The applicable price for each booking or voucher will be the one published on the website and will be automatically calculated in the final stage of the contracting process.
The final price may vary depending on the dates, typology, and occupancy selected.
Any subsequent modification (change of dates, extras, or people) may imply a price adjustment.

Promotions and coupons
For limited-duration promotions, the discount will apply provided that the booking or purchase is registered within the promotional period.
The data recorded by the payment methods will serve as proof of the transaction date and determine whether the promotion is applicable.

7. PAYMENT METHODS

During the booking process through the website www.nicecamps.es, credit or debit card details will be requested as a guarantee and means of payment for the booking or voucher purchase.

7.1. Booking payments

The User must have a valid card and provide the required data in the form: full number, expiration date, and cardholder name.

The initial deposit (40%) is charged at the time of formalizing the booking, and the remainder of the amount must be paid upon arrival at the campsite.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the amount will be paid upon confirming the booking.

If the payment cannot be authorized, the booking will not be valid and may be automatically cancelled.

In the event of late cancellation, no-show, or early departure, Nice Camps may charge the corresponding amount to the card indicated in the booking, according to the selected rate and cancellation policy.

7.2. Secure payment environment

For security reasons, Nice Camps does not have direct access to the User’s banking data.
Payments are managed directly through the collaborating banking entity, which acts as an intermediary in the process.

8. CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

8.1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103.i of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, relating to consumer and user rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tourist accommodation services with a specific execution date or period.

Therefore, once the booking is confirmed, cancellation and modification conditions will depend on the contracted rate.

8.2. Cancellation conditions by rate type

Nice Camps offers different rates with specific cancellation and payment conditions:

Flexible Rate (T7D): free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. From that moment on, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Semi-Flexible Rate (T14D): free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After that period, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Standard Rate (T30D): free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Subsequent cancellations imply full charge of the booking.
Non-Refundable Rate (NRF): does not allow cancellations or changes. 100% payment upon confirmation and no right to refund in case of cancellation or no-show.

8.3. No-show or early departure

If the accommodation is not occupied on the scheduled arrival day or before 12:00 p.m. the following day, and the delay has not been communicated in writing, the booking will be automatically cancelled without the right to a refund.

No amount will be refunded in the event of late arrival or early departure.

8.4. Cancellation insurance (optional)

Nice Camps offers customers cancellation insurance managed by an external insurer (GRITCHEN).
During the booking process, the customer may consult the full policy conditions and decide whether to purchase it.
The management of the insurance and any possible compensation are entirely independent of Nice Camps, which does not intervene or assume any responsibility for the insurer’s decisions or coverage.

9. DATA PROTECTION

The management of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Nice Camps Privacy Policy, available at www.nicecamps.es.

During the booking or purchase process, the data provided is used solely for the proper management of the booking, invoicing, and customer service, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

The User may consult all information regarding the processing of their personal data and exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation, or portability via the email address privacy@nicecamps.es or through the channels indicated in the Privacy Policy published on the website.

10. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

We may use your email address to send you commercial information about news, offers, and services of Nice Camps:

With your express consent; or without the need for additional consent when you have made a booking and it concerns similar products or services, always offering you a simple and free mechanism to object in each communication.

Once the commercial relationship has ended, you will only continue to receive communications if you have given your consent.

You may unsubscribe at any time and stop receiving commercial information by sending an email to info@nicecamps.es or using the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each message.

11. STAY CONDITIONS

During their stay, guests must comply at all times with the Campsite Internal Regulations, available at reception and published at www.nicecamps.es.

Check-in and check-out times:

Nice Camps - Lloret de Mar

Pitches: check-in from 12:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am.

Accommodation: check-in from 4:00 pm and check-out before 10:30 am on the departure day.

Nice Camps - L’Estartit

Pitches: check-in from 1:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am.

Accommodation: check-in from 3:00 pm and check-out before 10:30 am on the departure day.

The installation of caravans and vehicles may only be carried out during reception opening hours and within the assigned areas.
Any change of location must be previously authorized by Management.

The tourist tax, if applicable, will be paid at reception upon arrival, in accordance with current regulations.

Pets (dogs only):
Dogs are allowed on pitches and in pet-friendly accommodations.
Dogs are not allowed in Glamping tents.
Potentially dangerous breeds or animals that may cause disturbance are not allowed.
Dogs must remain leashed and under control within the assigned pitch.
To stay with a dog, the following is mandatory: identification (microchip or tattoo), up-to-date veterinary record, and wearing the identification wristband throughout the stay.

The booking guarantees the type of accommodation or pitch contracted, but not a specific location within the campsite.

The campsite shall not be responsible for errors or incidents in the booking attributable to the User, nor for those caused by unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances (force majeure, supply cuts, weather phenomena, etc.).

Extra services
If the User wishes to contract additional services (bed linen packs, cot, late check-out, activities, etc.), they may do so during the booking or directly at reception, subject to availability and at the price indicated at the time of contracting.

Customer responsibilities

The User undertakes to:
Respect the Internal Regulations and these conditions.
Comply with rest hours (from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.), avoiding noise or celebrations.
Not exceed the maximum number of people contracted per accommodation or pitch.
Supervise minors at all times, especially in swimming and play areas.
Maintain the accommodation and surroundings in good condition during the stay.

Pool hours and usage rules will be indicated at each campsite.
It is prohibited to drive objects into the grass, use inflatable mattresses in the pool, or light charcoal or wood barbecues outside authorized areas.

The User is responsible for the behavior of all members of their group.

In case of non-compliance with the rules or regulations, Nice Camps may expel the occupants without the right to a refund.

Nice Camps is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft resulting from improper use of the accommodations or acts committed by third parties.

Visitors

Access to the campsite is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Exceptionally, Management may authorize the temporary entry of visitors, who must register at reception with an identity document and pay the amount indicated by the campsite at that time.

Unregistered visitors will be considered unauthorized occupants.

Recommendations

To ensure good coexistence and respect among campers, please remember:
Do not disturb the rest of other guests.
Do not waste water or electricity.
Do not introduce non-registered persons without authorization.
Do not damage plants or facilities.
Do not manipulate electrical connections.
Do not use sound devices at high volume. Do not exceed the camping unit limit.
Do not light charcoal or wood barbecues outside designated areas.

12. PET ADMISSION REGIME – NICE CAMPS

In compliance with Article 29.2 of Law 7/2023, of March 28, on the protection of animal rights and welfare, Nice Camps approves this Pet Admission Regime, applicable to its establishments (Camping Santa Elena and Camping La Sirena).

12.1. Admission of pets

Nice Camps declares itself a “pet-friendly” group exclusively in camping areas (pitches) and in selected accommodations.

Pets are not allowed in accommodations (glamping tents).

Only the following are admitted:
Dogs not classified as potentially dangerous (non-PPP).

Not admitted:
Potentially dangerous animals according to Law 10/1999 and applicable regulations.
Cats or other companion species.
Animals that are sick, in heat, show signs of poor hygiene, or aggressive behavior.

Limits per booking:
Up to 2 dogs per pitch and in pet-friendly accommodations.

The customer must indicate the presence of a dog at the time of booking, and this must be previously confirmed by the establishment.

Mandatory cleaning supplement in accommodations

A mandatory cleaning supplement of €15 applies for stays of less than 2 days and €25 for stays of 2 days or more, to carry out additional cleaning and disinfection after departure, with the aim of guaranteeing the best conditions for the next guests, especially those with allergies or sensitivities, as well as a deposit of €150 per stay, refundable after the accommodation has been inspected. Deposits are returned 48 hours after departure from the accommodation, provided there is no damage.

The pet owner must present:
Valid civil liability insurance covering damage to third parties.
Official health documentation, updated vaccinations, and identification microchip.

Any damage or deterioration caused by the animal will be charged directly to the customer’s account.

12.2. Conditions of stay

12.2.1. Common areas and spaces

Dogs must always be accompanied, leashed, and muzzled if necessary.
Feeding dogs outside designated areas is prohibited.
Owners must collect droppings and clean urine.
Dogs are not allowed in accommodations, restaurant, supermarket, kids club, playground, swimming pools, sports areas, or inside buildings.

12.2.2. Hygienic-sanitary areas

In accordance with Royal Decree 1021/2022, the presence of animals is prohibited in food handling or storage areas, as well as in swimming pools, spas, gyms, and children’s play areas.

12.2.3. On pitches

Dogs must remain within the limits of their pitch, leashed or under their owner’s control.
They may not be left alone at any time.
Barking or disturbing noises must be avoided.
Bathing dogs in campsite showers or sinks is not permitted.

12.2.4. Assistance dogs

Access and stay are permitted for:
Assistance dogs belonging to the Armed Forces or State Security Forces on duty.
Assistance dogs for persons with disabilities, in accordance with current regional regulations.

The owner must present:
Accreditation document and linkage card.
Official health documentation and identifying badge.

Access to food handling areas, swimming pools, or staff-only areas will not be permitted.

12.2.5. Dogs in Accommodations

Dogs may not be left alone at any time.
Barking or disturbing noises must be avoided.
Bathing dogs in accommodation or campsite showers or sinks is not permitted.

12.3. Early termination and liability

Failure to comply with this regime may result in immediate expulsion from the establishment, without the right to a refund.

In case of refusal to leave the campsite, Management may request intervention from the competent authorities.

Dog owners shall be responsible for damage, inconvenience, or harm caused to persons, animals, or property.

Nice Camps may claim amounts paid for repairs or compensation for damage caused by the animal during the stay.

14. NULLITY AND INEFFECTIVENESS OF CLAUSES

If any clause included in these General Contracting Conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect that provision or the affected part.

The remaining conditions shall remain valid and fully in force, and such clause shall be considered not included, unless its removal substantially alters the object or purpose of the contract, in which case Nice Camps may review and adapt the text to maintain its legal coherence.

15. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)

In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution platform, free of charge, allowing the resolution of possible conflicts arising from contracting or service provision via the Internet, without the need to resort to the courts.

Through this platform, the user and the provider may resort to a dispute resolution body, which will act as a neutral intermediary between both parties to attempt to reach an agreement, and may even suggest or impose a solution to the conflict.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Contracting Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation, in matters not expressly provided for herein.

In the event of conflict or dispute arising from the provision of the services regulated in these Conditions:

If the User acts as a consumer, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile.

If the User does not have the status of consumer under the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the provider’s domicile, namely those of Blanes (Girona), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

17. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

These General Contracting Conditions are governed by current European, national, and regional regulations on electronic commerce, consumer protection, data protection, and tourism, applicable to campsites managed by Nice Camps.
