1. Rate types and cancellation conditions Reservations made at NICE CAMPS may fall under different rates, each with its own cancellation and modification policy: 1.1. Flexible Rate (T7D) ● Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. ● Later cancellations: charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation. 1.2. Semi-Flexible Rate (T14D) ● Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. ● Later cancellations: charge of 100% of the total amount. 1.3. Standard Rate (T30D) ● Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. ● Later cancellations: charge of the full amount of the reservation. 1.4. Non-Refundable Rate (NRF) ● Payment of 100% at the time of booking. ● Does not allow changes, modifications, or refunds under any circumstances. 1.5. Special or temporary rates (e.g. T2D, Peak Season) On certain dates, such as high-demand periods or specific promotions, additional policies may apply, which will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Example: days of free cancellation, depending on the rate. 2. No-show, delays, and early departures ● If the client does not show up on the day of arrival or before 12:00 h on the following day, and does not communicate the delay in writing, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without the right to a refund. ● No refund will be made in case of late arrival or early departure. 3. Cancellation-related payments NICE CAMPS may charge the corresponding amount to the card provided in the reservation in the following cases: ● Cancellations outside the free periods. ● Non-Refundable Rate. ● No-show. ● Early departure. The user accepts this authorization during the contracting process. 4. Cancellation insurance (optional) During the booking process, the client may take out external cancellation insurance (Gritchen). ● The policy, coverage, and compensation depend exclusively on the insurance company. ● NICE CAMPS does not intervene in the management, acceptance, or denial of claims. 5. Right of withdrawal In accordance with article 103.i of RDL 1/2007, tourist accommodation services with a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal; therefore, only the cancellation policies associated with the contracted rate will apply. 6. Dispute resolution In the event of a conflict arising from the cancellation of a reservation: ● If the client acts as a consumer, the court corresponding to their residence shall have jurisdiction. ● If they do not have the status of a consumer, the Courts and Tribunals of Girona shall have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction. The applicable version will always be the one in force at the time of the reservation.
